JUDGMENT
By order dated 16.03.2023 this Court had allowed six weeks time to the appellant to deposit the court fee and on such deposit, the appeal was directed to be listed for admission before the Court. The Court also ordered that if the court fee is not paid, the appeal will stand dismissed.
The appellant has not paid the court fee and the counsel submits that the appellant is not intending to pay the court fee. In the above circumstances, the appeal is dismissed.
