This DBP is registered based on periodical Report No.63 filed by the learned Ombudsman for Travancore Devaswom Board and Cochin Devaswom Board for the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.03.2024. It deals with audit reports, complaints and petitions. Paragraph 7 of that report deals with finance, regarding the amount spent towards honorarium and other expenses, as such shown in Annexure-A.
Having perused the report and the submissions made at the Bar, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this DBP by recording paragraphs 1 to 6 of Periodical Report No. 63 of the learned Ombudsman and by ratifying paragraph No.7.
