ORDER
Anil K. Narendran, J.
The petitioner filed O.P.No.4 of 1997 before the Kerala State Waqf Board for recovery of 22 cents of property in Survey No.141/9 of Manarkad 1 Village in respect of Mannarkkad Hanafi Juma Ath Palli, which is a waqf registered with the 1st respondent Waqf Board. After considering the pleadings and materials on record, the Waqf Board, in the order dated 11.07.2007, found that the applicant failed to prove that the property is a waqf property and hence dismissed that original petition. Feeling aggrieved, the petitioner filed W.O.A.No.2 of 2007 before the Waqf Tribunal, Ernakulam, invoking the provisions under Section 83(2) of the Waqf Act, 1995. That application ended in dismissal by the order dated 06.02.2009, on the ground that there is no satisfactory evidence to show that the property comprised in Survey Nos.141/9 and 141/10 is a waqf property, which was trespassed by the respondents, as alleged in the application. Feeling aggrieved, the petitioner filed this Revision Petition, invoking the provisions under Section 83(9) of the Act.

it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite sending a registered notice, there is no response from the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.
In such circumstances, recording the aforesaid submission
made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Revision Petition is dismissed as abated.
