This is a petition filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 5
in Crime No.437/2017 of Nadapuram Police Station now pending as S.C. No.455/2018 on the file of the Special Court of the Trial of Offences, Kozhikode under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, to quash the same.
Today, when this case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw this petition. Permission granted. Hence, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the interim order shall stand vacated.
