This Criminal Miscellaneous Case has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by the petitioner, who is the accused in Crime No.823/2018 of Aluva West Police Station, Ernakulam, now pending as S.C.No.395/2021 on the files of the Fast Track Special Court, North Paravoor and the prayer herein is as under:
To quash Annexure A2 Final report and further proceedings against petitioner/accused in SC 395/2021 on the files of Fast Track Special Court at North Paravoor in Crime No.823/2018 of Aluva West Police Station and pass such other orders which are necessary in the circumstances of the case.
The interim stay granted by this Court stands vacated.
