This Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.373/2018 of Thrissur West Police Station, Thrissur. The above case is registered against the petitioners alleging offences punishable inter alia under Section 420 IPC. Originally the investigation was stayed by this Court and subsequently, this Court modified the same stating that the investigation can go on. It is submitted that

the refer report is already filed. Therefore, I am of the considered opinion that this Criminal Miscellaneous Case need not be retained here.

Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Case is disposed of recording the submission of refer report.
