This is a petition seeking leave to appeal against the judgment dated 02.09.2015 in ST No.2 of 2012 on the files of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-II, Varkkala. As per the said judgment, the 1st respondent was acquitted of the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
In the circumstances, this petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
