JUDGMENT
This Contempt of Court Case has been pending before this Court for so many years without even being listed before the Bench concerned since 2006. Under such circumstances, I feel justified in presuming that nothing survives for consideration in this case. Accordingly, this case is closed as infructuous. If the cause of action as alleged in the petition still survives, it shall be open to the parties concerned to file an application seeking restoration.
Subject to the above, this contempt case is closed as infructous.
