It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the Public Service Commission that the petitioners have not been excluded. If verification of credentials of certificates have been done that does not mean that the petitioners have been excluded, the inclusion or exclusion of the petitioners will depend upon the orders be passed by the Tribunal. So, there is no scope at this stage merely for the reason that the PSC had verified the credentials.

This contempt case is, accordingly, closed.
