The learned counsel for the respondent submits that refund has already been sanctioned in compliance of the directions contained in the judgment dated 05.10.2023 in WA No.182 of 2021 and the amount will be disbursed within a period of two weeks. Therefore, we close this contempt case with liberty to reopen the same with a memo.
