JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 11.12.2023 has been fully complied with. In the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, it has been specifically averred that steps had been taken to stop functioning of the business as directed by this Court and that, presently the outlet is functioning after obtaining the licence as per law.

In view of the above, I find no necessity to keep this contempt pending.

Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
