JUDGMENT
When this matter was called today, Smt.Vidya Kuriakose –
learned Government Pleader, submitted that the directions in the
judgment have been fully complied with and that the respondents have issued an order dated 30.01.2024. She handed over a copy of the same across the Bar, affirming that one has been handed over to
the learned counsel for the petitioner also.
2 . Sri.V.Philip Mathews – learned counsel for the petitioner ,
affirmed the afore; but prayed that liberty be reserved to his client
to seek a rehearing, if any further directions are required.
In the afore circumstances, recording the afore submissions of the learned Government Pleader, this Contempt Case is closed; directing the Registry to maintain a copy of the order handed over by her across the Bar as part of the Judge’s Papers.
Needless to say, the liberty of the petitioner to seek a rehearing, in case any further directions are required, is reserved to
him.
