JUDGMENT
The Liquidator has filed claim affidavit dated 10.10.2020, seeking a decree against the respondent for a sum of Rs.4,000/-, along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum on the principal debt amount from 29.03.2011 till the date of decree; and thereafter at 12% interest on the principal debt till the date of realisation.
The claim is allowed, directing the respondent to pay the sum of Rs.4,000/- with interest at the rate of 4% per annum from 29.03.2011 till the date of realisation.
