The Official Liquidator has filed a claim affidavit dated 9.1.2013 seeking a decree against the respondents 1 to 3, for a sum of Rs.1,552/- with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from the date of default i.e. 14.12.2000 till the date of decree and thereafter at 12% interest till the date of realisation.
