Petitioner seeks for a direction to consider Ext.P6 representation for transferring the case to a higher investigating agency and to retrieve the investment of the depositors. A further relief is also sought to initiate proceedings against the Directors and Associates of M/s. PRD Mini Nidhi Limited under the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes, Act 2019.

Learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that, all crimes registered against M/s. PRD Mini Nidhi Limited in Pathanamthitta District have already been transferred to the State Crime Branch Department and that investigation is proceeding earnestly. It was also submitted that appropriate

proceedings in accordance with law, shall be initiated.

The aforesaid submissions are recorded.

In view of the above, nothing further survives to be considered in this writ petition.

The writ petition is therefore closed.
