JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:
i) Issue of a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to issue appropriate orders for issuing a new RC to the petitioner by making requisite corrections as per Exhibit P5.
ii) Issue of a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to consider Exhibit P5 representation within a time frame fixed by this Hon’ble Court;
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned
Senior Government Pleader submitted that the application filed by the petitioner and pending as Ext.P5 shall be considered if the requisite fee is remitted and an undertaking is filed.
