JUDGMENT

The petitioner retired from the service of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) on 31.05.2022, while working as Inspector. He has approached this Court, aggrieved by the delay in disbursement of the benefits due to him such as, arrears of pension, Death Cum Retirement Gratuity, Commuted Value of Pension, Staff Welfare Fund and also the terminal leave surrender salary. He also states that even the monthly pension has not been yet sanctioned and therefore, he had submitted Ext.P3 representation before the 1^st respondent to disburse the entire admissible pension and pensionary benefits due to him.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the KSRTC.

the 2^nd respondent and appropriate orders will be passed thereon, within a period of six weeks, after hearing the petitioner.

Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 2^nd respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. It is further directed that the office of the 1^st respondent will take necessary steps to forward Ext.P3 representation to the office of the 2^nd respondent, if not already forwarded.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
