JUDGMENT

The limited plea of the petitioner is that the 3^rd respondent be directed to take up Ext.P3, which is stated to be a statutory appeal, and dispose of the same in accordance with law, after hearing him also.

I notice that the summons issued to respondents 2 and 3 through e-mail have been served and there is no appearance on their behalf.

Smt. Parvathy K. - learned Government Pleader

submitted that if the petitioner only requires the Managing Committee to dispose of Ext.P3 appeal in terms of law, the official respondents find no reason to oppose it.

In the afore circumstances, I allow this Writ Petition and direct the 3^rd respondent to take up Ext.P3 statutory appeal of the petitioner and dispose of the same, after affording him an opportunity of being heard; thus culminating in an appropriate order and necessary action thereon, as expeditiously as is possible, but not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
