Though Mr. Sumodh Madhavan Nair, learned counsel for the petitioner filed an affidavit explaining the source as to how he had obtained the documents, after some time, he submitted that he would withdraw the writ petition.
Placing on record the submission, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Dismissal of the writ petition does not foreclose the right of writ petitioner to file fresh writ petition on the same cause of action with the material obtained under Right to Information Act or any other lawful means.
