for hearing, the petitioners were directed to get instruction as to whether OS No.34/2012 is still pending before the Munsiff's Court, Aluva. On 28.11.2023, there was no representation for the petitioners. On 29.11.2023, the petitioners sought time. Today, there is no representation for the petitioners.
The writ petition is dismissed for default.
