Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. In view of the order that is proposed to be issued, notice to the 5^th respondent is dispensed with.

The petitioner was appointed as LPSA on 20.07.2017 against an additional division vacancy during the academic year 2017-18. Thereafter, the petitioner was re-appointed in a regular vacancy available in the school with effect from 01.06.2018. The appointment of the petitioner was approved only from 01.06.2018 onwards. Against the rejection of approval of appointment with effect from 20.07.2017, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P8 revision petition before the 1^st respondent and seeks early disposal of the same.

In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1^st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P8 revision petition, after hearing the petitioner and the 5^th
