J U D G M E N T

The petitioner states that he is working as Member, Internal Vigilance & Inspection Wing in the Kerala State Co-operative Consumer Federation. The grievance projected in this Writ Petition is the inaction on the part of the 3^rd respondent to consider Ext.P5 representation submitted by him seeking regularization of the service of the petitioner in the post in which he had originally worked. He asserts, referring to Exts.P6 to P6(iii), that persons similarly situated like the petitioner herein have been granted regularization. It is further asserted that such inaction is against the order passed by this Court. It is on these assertions that this writ petition is filed.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that if the request of the petitioner is to consider Ext.P5 representation, there cannot be any impediment.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of this case

and the submissions made at the Bar, this writ petition is disposed of by ordering as under:

i. There will be a direction to the 3^rd respondent to consider

Ext.P5 representation submitted by the petitioner with notice to the

petitioner and pass appropriate orders as per procedure and in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.

with the judgment before the concerned respondent to ensure compliance.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
