Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and
the learned Deputy Solicitor General.
2. Today when the case is taken up for hearing,
the learned Deputy Solicitor General submits that the passport has already been impounded, and pursuant to impounding, the petitioner had also applied for a Police Clearance Certificate.
3. If the petitioner has any grievance regarding the impounding of the passport, the petitioner is free to approach the statutory authorities, if so advised.
The writ petition is closed, accordingly.
