JUDGMENT

When this matter was called today, Smt.P.K.Nandini – learned

counsel for the petitioner s, confined her plea that the competent among respondents 2 and 3 be directed to disburse the compensation, along with 12% interest, fixed in their favour by the 4^th respondent, as available from Exts.P 4 to P6, without any avoidable delay.

Sri.K. Shri Hari Rao – learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, conceded that the petitioners are entitled to the compensation as fixed in Exts.P4 to P6 and that it will be disbursed within a period of three months.

Taking note of the afore submissions, I allow this Writ

Petition, directing the competent among respondents 2 and 3 to ensure that all eligible amounts to the petitioners, as mentioned in Exts.P4 to P6, are disbursed to them, not later than three months

from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment ; failing which, it will carry an interest at the rate of 8% per annum from the date on
