JUDGMENT
Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 application in Form 5 within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.
After hearing both sides, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 application in Form 5 in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment. Petitioner will be free to file argument notes incorporating copies of the judgments if any relied on by her to substantiate her contentions and the 1st respondent RDO while considering the matter as directed above, shall advert to the contentions of the petitioner in the argument notes submitted by her.
With the abovesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
