The petitioner is the owner and in possession of land

having an extent of 15.67 Ares comp rised in Survey Nos.43/4A-1 and 43/4A-2 situated at Brahmakulam Village in Thrissur District. The petitioner has filed Ext .P3 application in Form No.6 under the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Rules, 2008 (for short 'the Rules') before t he 3 rd responde nt on 29.08.2022. The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the delay in consideration of the said application.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well the learned Government Pleader.

There will be a direction to the 3 rd

respondent/RD O to consider and dispose of Ext.P3 application, after obtaining all due reports, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, if the same is in order. The petitioner shall
