This writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-
i) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents herein to disburse Rs.1,59,71,280/- (One Crore Fiftynine lakhs seventy one thousand two hundred eighty only) as per Ext.P3 final bill order dated 27.08.2021 along with interest as is fixed by this Honourable Court within a time specified by this Hon'ble Court.
ii) Issue such other order or direction as may be necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case.” (SIC)
