JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking permission to

¶20

pay off the amounts due to the respondent in easy instalments. The counsel for the respondent on instructions submits that an amount of ₹8,84,816/- is due to them. The petitioner requests that she may be allowed to pay off the amounts in instalments.

In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to pay off the amounts due along with accrued interest in 15 equal monthly instalments, the 1st instalment falling due on or before 06.03.2023 and the subsequent instalments falling due on or before the 6th of the succeeding months. If the petitioner makes a single default in payment of instalments, the respondent is at liberty to proceed with the steps for recovery. Steps for recovery shall be kept in abeyance to facilitate the payment of instalment.
