JUDGMENT
The petitioner is the owner of a stage carriage bearing Registration No. KL 58/AH 5335 operating on the route Peravoor - Thalassery. As per Ext.P1, the petitioner was granted regular permit, subject to settlement of timings. The grievance of the petitioner is that though two timing conferences were convened, no decision is taken so far, as regards the settlement of timings, in respect of his stage carriage.
