The petitioner participated for the item Ottenthullal in the Kannur Revenue District School Kalolsavam and secured second place with A Grade. Being dissatisfied with the result, the petitioner preferred an appeal, contending that the uneven surface of the stage had affected her performance, resulting in the petitioner losing two valuable marks. The appeal having been rejected by Ext.P5, this writ petition is filed.
