JUDGMENT
The petitioners have preferred Exts.P4 and P4(a) applications in Form 6. The petitioners submit that necessary report from the Village Officer has also been obtained as is evident from Exts.P5 and P5(a). The petitioners seek for an expeditious disposal of Exts.P4 and P4(a) applications in Form-6 pending before the 1st respondent.
After hearing both sides, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts. P4 and P4(a) applications, in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
