This writ petition is filed seeking the

“ i.Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to complete the proceedings for execution of quarrying lease in favour of the petitioner on the basis of the statutory licenses produced in furtherance to Ext.P1 letter of intent, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of 2 weeks. ”
