Petitioners, husband and wife are claiming the protection from the 4^th respondent. This Court had already given the protection. They are at liberty to seek the remedy under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act where the identical reliefs are available. With the aforementioned observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. In case they approach the Maintenance Tribunal within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, the interim order of this Court shall continue and thereafter they are at liberty to seek fresh orders from the competent court.
