JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to consider Exts.P1 and P2 representations for taking steps to write off the liability in the name of her husband with the third respondent bank.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire liability due to the third respondent has already been settled in the year 2014 and no further amount is due. However, the learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of any subsisting grievance.
Recording the submission as above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of any subsisting grievance.
