JUDGMENT
The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1 st respondent – University of Kerala, to issue him an Eligibility Certificate with respect to his five year Integrated Double Degree B.Com, LLB (Hons.) Course, awarded by the Mahatma Gandhi University (M.G.University), so that he can have his admission in the Kerala Law Academy Law College, Thiruvananthapuram, regularised.
2 . The afore request of the petitioner, as made by his learned counsel – Sri.Mohammed Al Rafi S., was answered by Sri.Thomas Abraham – learned Standing Counsel for the Kerala University, saying that his application is under process and that a final decision on it will be taken not later than three weeks from today.
3 . Taking note of the afore submissions and since it is
stated that the petitioner’s application was received only on 07.01.2023, I deem it apposite to accede to the afore suggestion of Sri.Thomas Abraham.

respondent, submitted that his client will abide by any directions issued by this Court.
In the afore circumstances, recording the afore submissions
of Sri.Thomas Abraham – learned Standing Counsel for the Kerala University, I close this Writ Petition without entering into the merits of any of the rival contentions and leaving them all open to be impelled and pursued by the petitioner, if so required, in future.
In the meanwhile, until such time as the afore exercise is completed and the resultant order communicated to the petitioner, his admission in the Kerala Law Academy shall not be cancelled.
