The petitioner has approached this Court seeking to direct the 4th respondent to issue permit order and Mineral Transit Pass to the petitioner to transport ordinary earth from 12.45 Ares of property belonging to the petitioner in Seethathodu Village of Konni Taluk in Pathanamthitta District.
Court has passed an interim order on 13.04.2023 directing the 4th respondent-District Geologist to take up Ext.P5 application submitted by the petitioner for Mineral Transit Passes and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months.

has been passed on 19.05.2023 granting Mineral Transit Passes.
In view of the above, no more orders are required in this writ petition. The writ petition is therefore disposed of recording the submission made on behalf of the District Geologist.
