Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, Sri.P.C.Sasidharan, learned Standing Counsel for the Kerala Public Service Commission, appearing for the appellant, submits on the basis of the instructions, that the appellant/PSC has already complied with the directions in the impugned judgment dated 01.12.2021 in W.P. (C).No.9195 of 2019, by issuing advice memo to the 1st respondent herein in respect of the selection in question and nothing survives for consideration in the matter and the same may be closed accordingly.
Recording the above submission, the Writ Appeal will stand dismissed as infructuous.
