ORDER
The wife came up so as to get transfer of O.P.No.216/2022 pending before the Family Court, Kottarakkara to the Family Court, Ernakulam. She is a differently abled person and is living in Ernakulam with her two daughters. Taking into account the distance to be travelled and the welfare of the children, O.P.No.216/2022 pending before the Family Court, Kottarakkara will stand withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Ernakulam. Send the entire records forthwith to the transferee court. The parties shall appear before the transferee court on 25.07.2023 to proceed further in the matter.
Tr.P.C. will stand allowed accordingly.
