JUDGMENT
This Court had directed the appellant to take steps for
impleading the legal representatives of the deceased 1st
respondent, who was the plaintiff in OS.No.282/1999. More
than one year and three months have elapsed and still no
steps have been taken. The appeal itself has abated against
the 1st respondent.
In such circumstances, this appeal is dismissed for non
prosecution.
