The challenge in this revision petition is

against the order by which the Family Court enhanced the quantum of maintenance from Rs.4,000/- to Rs.8,000/- per month for each respondent. Although petitioner attempted to bring in evidence to the effect that the first respondent is working as pharmacist, the court below refused to accept the document for valid reasons. The fact that, living expenses having increased manifold from 30.08.2016 and the undisputed position that the petitioner is earning more than Rs.1,30,000/- a month, had prompted the Family Court to enhance the quantum of maintenance. The factual findings of the Family Court being well founded, I find no reason to exercise the power of revision and come to a

different conclusion based on the very same materials.

In the result, the revision petition is dismissed.
