The learned counsel appearing on both sides submit that
the subject-matter in dispute between the revision petitioner
and the respondents has been settled as per Annexure-A1 settlement agreement executed by the parties and filed before the Family Court, Ottapalam, in M.C No.149/2016. Therefore,
the revision petitioner is no longer desirous of prosecuting the
revision petition
In the light of the above submission, the revision
petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn.
