schedule building to the landlord within 30 days from the date of the order. The petitioner unsuccessfully challenged the same, and this Court directed the petitioner to prefer a statutory appeal against the order. Accordingly, the petitioner preferred RCA 27 of 2022 before the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Ernakulam, in which service of notice to the respondent could not be completed as the endorsement showed 'addressee left'. In the meantime, EP No.267 of 2022 was filed for execution of the order mentioned above before the Principal Munsiff Court, Ernakulam, and on receipt of notice from the Execution Court, the petitioner appeared and filed an objection along with EA No.538 of 2022 stating that the landlord is purposefully evading the process of the Rent Control Appellate Authority and therefore sought direction from the decree-holder to furnish his present address and also his bank account. This application was rejected by Ext.P7 order, stating that the petition was not maintainable. On the same day, an order was passed deputing Amin to effect delivery by Ext.P8. These orders are challenged before us.
