This Original Petition is preferred by the judgment debtors 1 & 2 in E.P.No.91/2017, arising from O.S.No.553/2001, pending before the Munsiff Court, Kottarakkara. The limited prayer of the petitioners herein is that, E.A.No.2/2022, which was filed under Section 47 of C.P.C., may be expedited.
