JUDGMENT
When this matter was called today, Smt.Haritha Haridas – learned counsel for the respondent, submitted that she does not oppose the first prayer sought for by the petitioner in this case.
In the afore circumstances, I direct the Munsiff Court, Chengannoor to take up Exts.P2, P3 and P4 applications stated to be pending in O.S.No.145/2022 and dispose it of, after affording necessary opportunities to both sides, as expeditiously as is possible, but not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
I clarify that I have not entered into the merits of any of the rival contentions and that it is up to the learned Trial Court to deal with and decide them as per law.
