The appellant is the respondent in O.P.No.2373 of 2011 on the file of the Family Court, Thrissur, which is one filed by the respondent herein-wife, seeking a decree of divorce on the ground of cruelty. That original petition was allowed by the judgment and decree dated 25.02.2014 by granting a decree of divorce and the marriage solemnized between the parties on 19.02.2006 is dissolved with effect from the date of that judgment. Feeling aggrieved, the appellant filed this appeal before this Court, invoking the provisions under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984, along with C.M. Application No.1 of 2019 for condonation of delay.

would submit that the appellant do not want to prosecute this appeal further and therefore, the same may be dismissed.
