The learned Ombudsman has filed this Special Report pointing out the fact that the term of Ombudsman for Travancore and Cochin Devaswom Boards, as extended by the order of this Court dated 15.11.2018 in DBP No.89 of 2018 will expire on 30.11.2021. By the order dated 15.11.2021, this Court extended the tenure of appointment of the learned Ombudsman for Travancore and Cochin Devaswom Boards for a further period of three years from 01.12.2021.
In view of the said order, no further orders are necessary in this DBP and the DBP is accordingly disposed of, in terms of that order.
