This DBP is registered based on Periodical Report No.58 filed by the learned Ombudsman for Travancore and Cochin Devaswom Boards, for the period from 01.10.2022 to 31.12.2022. Paragraph 1 of the report deals with audits; paragraph 2 deals with complaints. Paragraph 3 deals with petitions. Paragraph 4 deals with reports (altogether 12 reports); paragraph 5 deals with DBPs; paragraph 6 deals with visits conducted by the learned Ombudsman; and paragraph 7 deals with Finance. As per paragraph 7, an amount of Rs.6,58,519/- was spent towards honorarium and other expenses, as shown in Annexure-A statement.
Having considered the submissions made at the Bar, paragraph 1 to 6 of the periodical report filed by the learned
