The accused in C.C.No.856/2001 on the files of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Palakkad has sent a letter to this Court on 12.10.2004 requesting for deleting the sentence of imprisonment or at least the fine amount imposed on him. The said letter was treated as a revision petition.

fine amount as per the receipt No.58 dated 03.05.2005. It was also submitted that the petitioner was released after undergoing imprisonment and on payment of the entire fine.
In view of the above submissions, nothing further survives for consideration in this revision petition. This revision petition is therefore dismissed.
