judgment passed by the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Thiruvananthapuram (Appellate Court) in Crl.Appeal No.409/2010, whereby the order of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-II, Nedumangad (Trial Court) in CMP No.3156/2010 in M.C. No.50/2010, restraining the respondents 1 to 3 from dispossessing the revision petitioner and her child from the shared household or from committing any sort of domestic violence against her, was vacated.
