Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the light of the fact that the defacto complainant/victim has already given a statement before the trial court that any relationship between the petitioner and the victim was consensual, the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw this revision petition, reserving the liberty of the petitioner to file a petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for the purpose of quashing the proceedings.

Accordingly, this criminal revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn, reserving liberty as aforesaid.
